Dear EMGS Team,
I am writing to follow up regarding the cancellation of my previous EVAL application (ID: #########). Please be informed that the institute has already processed and cancelled this EVAL three weeks ago, and it is currently pending with the Immigration Department for final clearance.

As my new application is on hold due to the previous EVAL still being active in the system, I kindly request your assistance in expediting the process. I have already booked my travel to Malaysia for July, and it is essential that the EVAL is finalized well before that date.

If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could either speed up the process or provide the relevant contact details or email address of the Immigration Department so I can follow up with them directly.
