Dear EMGS，
My passport number is EJ2685422 and my visa application process is 90% and it has been three months since I have not received the ikad, today I went to enquire about my university institution to submit the latest student pass. But they told me that my ikad application is still being processed, can I submit my student pass to you myself? The passport is now with me me and has been affixed with the new visa after renewal. I don’t think my university institution is clear about the process. They told me I still have to wait for I don’t know how long. I would like you to let me submit my latest student pass to you myself.

  Kindly be informed that the institution is required to submit copy of the latest student pass to EMGS in order to process the iKAD. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
