I submitted all documents for renewal of my student visa on 7 Mar., 2025, to my university, but there is no record of the renewal here till now. What’s the problem? Would you please help confirm it? My passport number: EP0228445. In addition, I renewed passport. My last visa is on my last passport(E55883928).

  Hi Jintao Zhang,
  We have provided a Supporting Letter to your institute on 11 April 2025 for endorsement purposes. Kindly note that your institute will liaise directly with State Immigration to endorse your student pass renewal. You may liaise with the institution for further clarification on your passport status.
