Dear emgs team ,
April 4th, I formally requested the cancellation of my old visa application (Application No.: E#########) through the IMCC office at my university.

The IMCC confirmed that the cancellation process was completed on their end. However, the EMGS system still shows my old application as “active”, blocking me from submitting the new application.

  Hi,
  Kindly be informed that we received a VAL cancellation application from the institute on 9 April 2025. While we understand your urgency, we kindly seek your patience in allowing us time to process the cancellation. Any updates will be notified through the institute.
