Hi, my passport number is A05580625 my EMGS is at 100% and I am already in Malaysia. Now, I want to open a bank account but they’re asking for my EMGS Approval Letter which I don’t have. Can you please tell me what steps I could follow? I am studying at Universiti Malaya

  Kindly liaise with your institute to request a verification letter for opening a bank account since we have provided those documents to them.
