dear emgs
my name is chenyiyang my passport number is EL0010983 I started the renewal process on January 20th, and it’s been almost a month now, but it’s still stuck at 45%. I want to know why. My family misses me terribly, and I miss my family too. I haven’t even been home for the Spring Festival. Do I have to stay here during the holidays? All my documents are complete, why is it so slow? My mother and family have been waiting for me to come back. I really want to cry. Please put yourself in my shoes. Can you please speed up the process? I really want to go home to see my family.
