I hope you are doing well.I am writing to check on the progress of my student visa renewal. My application status has remained at 45% since I submitted it on January 6th, 2025, with the update stating “Issuance of your Student Pass is in progress with EMGS.”My details are as follows:Name: WANG GUANGHUI;Passport Number: EN3842867;Application Reference Number: #########.As I have an urgent need to return to my home country, I would appreciate your clarification on the estimated completion time for my student pass issuance and guidance on when I should submit my passport for the visa sticker.I am prepared to submit my passport immediately if required and would be grateful for any assistance in expediting the process.   We have issued the endorsement supporting letter to your institute. Kindly follow-up with your institute directly for assistance on your application, as the passport will be submitted to the Immigration Department in Penang.
