Dear EMGS Officers,
My passport number is:
(EK1421330,name:Wang Kunlun)
I am writing regarding my renewal application. It has been 17 days since I uploaded the file, and there is still no request for renewal application on emgs website.I received a reply on the app page of EMGS HUB last week, which said:Hi Wang Kunlun,We are yet to receive the renewal student pass application from the institution. You may liaise with them for further clarifcation.

I went to uitm globla  institution  this last Firday， and I consulted them.Now we can confirm that the institution has sent all the required documents to EMGS .

Here I would like to ask you to check whether the documents have been received . I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case. Could you please help me expedite update the status of my visa renewal and help me to reopen the renewal as soon as possible(my passport will expire on February 18, 2025).
