Dear sir or madame,
my passport NO. is EJ2423746,I submitted all the documents for visa renewal 10 days ago on January 2nd, and the progress has been showing 0% until now. This makes me confused and worried because I want to use my passport to buy a plane ticket at the end of the month. Please help me update the progress.   Kindly be informed that the proof of payment submitted is Incomplete. Kindly note the [JOMPAY REFERENCES] is not indicated. As such, the institution is required to submit new proof of payment with Jompay reference number in order to process your application. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
