I submitted my passport on October 8th, 2024, and have been monitoring the status of my application. However, I have noticed that the progress of my visa renewal remains at 50% as of today, October 21st. I would like to understand if there is any issue or delay that is affecting the processing of my application. my application number is #########，passport：E94733276

  Kindly be informed that the institution submitted your passport to EMGS for special pass process. Kindly allow us some time to process, and we will notify the institution once the special pass has been issue by the Immigration. Kindly note, the institution will submit your passport for renewal of student visa after Immigration issue the special pass.
