I decided not to continue my study here, so I’m planning to fly back and entrance other university (in my country; government uni) after I’ve finished my final examination here. Can I just fly back and come here again for visa cancellation?

My visa is going to expire in the end of the year.

  You are required to cancel your student pass when you have finished your course or withdraw your study. Kindly liaise with the institute for further clarification.

    My uni said I can’t fly back to my country until I’ve received my result (in the end of this November then I can do visa cancellation), but the problem is I will have an university entrance in my own country in this december. What can I do for now? Does it mean I have to entrance the university for the next year instead? //They also said they might report a police if I don’t do visa cancellation.
