Dear sir, Thank you for your reply. My name is Zhang Lulu. My passport number is EB2756041. I really have no way out. I have missed three weeks of the seven-week course. The visa has been making no progress. I can’t go back to collect data, which makes my graduation thesis unable to continue. I am extremely anxious and sad. I earnestly request that you can help me.

  We are sorry to hear about your predicament. As checked, your application for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) was submitted to the Immigration Department on 1 October 2024. It will take approximately 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) to issue the approval. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
