Dear visa officer,
Sorry to disturb you amidst your busy schedule.
My name is CAO ZHENLONG, and I submitted my EMGS application on August 2nd. My passport number is EM9765963, and my EMGS application number is E#########. I have submitted the materials, but it has been more than 1 month so far and my progress is still at 35% ，and kept in 35% for more than 14 days .Due to my enrollment time restrictions and many important matters that still need to be done within Malaysia, such as renting a house. My flight has been less than 15 days now, and it is crucial for me to process my visa application in a timely manner. My situation is very urgent. Please kindly process my application in a timely manner and update the progress accordingly.
If there is anything I can do, please let me know in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

  Congratulations on the approval of your application. Please be informed that the eVAL can be downloaded via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
  You are required to key in your passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
