Dear EMGS,
I’ve paid my EMGS fee and submitted all the required documents for the October intake at INTI University (Passport: A06643330). I completed my EMGS last year while studying at APU, but since I’ve applied to INTI for the October intake, I’m starting a new EMGS process. However, my EMGS status is still showing as 100%. Could you please confirm when it will restart from 5% again, and how long it might take for the process to move forward? I want to ensure that everything is in order for a smooth transition to my new university.

  Hi Tasnim Sultana Nabila,
  Kindly be informed that the status of the application will reflect the latest application. Therefore, in order for the status to turn to 5%, the institute or student is required to submit the application to reflect the status on the tracker. As checked, your latest application in the system has been completed since 26 April 2023. As such, kindly liaise with the current institute for further clarification.
