As per checking, we received your passport on August 6, 2024, for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Please be informed that the passport are currently in the processed with the Immigration. Kindly be advised that we are working with the Immigration Department to address the delay in issuing student passes. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

In the event that you have an emergency, the institution is required to submit an email with a cover letter and supporting documents that show the urgency to get the passport immediately. Upon receive the email from institution with complete documents we will escalate to the Immigration to request to expedite the processed.

Kindly note that all of the documents must be submitted by the institution and the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
