Good afternoon. My name in Chowdhury Ramisa Nower, my passport number is EK0081539 and my application number is #########. My application is stuck at 15% for 8 workings days, but it says I should get an update within 1-4 working. Could you please look into it. Thank you.

  As checked, we require the institute to submit a Completion Letter since it is a progression application. Kindly liaise with your institute regarding this matter.
