Dear EMGS officer，
Good morning, my name is Shen Lehan, my passport number is EL2042622, and my emgs application number is #########. I am a new student this year. My passport has reached the immigration office for 14 working days since May 21st, and there has been no progress since it reached 90%. The arrival time is almost 30 days, and now the situation is urgent. Could you please help me confirm and get the progress of passport visa as soon as possible? I really appreciate it，thank you！

  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The approval of your student pass is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, we will notify you once the student pass is issued by the Immigration Department.
