Hello,Officer.
My name is Chen Jingxian , and my passport number is E96047421.My application status has been stuck at 80% since May 23th . Could you please let me know when I will be able to complete the visa renewal and get my passport back? Thank you very much for your assistance.

  Please be informed that as per checking, your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. However, if you have an emergency matter, the institution may submit a cover letter, supporting documents and valid flight ticket to request Immigration expedite the process of your passport. The approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. As such, kindly refer to the institution regarding this matter.
