Dear EMGS office,
Good afternoon, my name is Shen Lehan, passport number is EL2042622, EMGS application number is #########, I am a new student this year, EMGS has received my passport on May 21st, it has been more than two weeks until now, and the process has not been completed. May I know the status of my application? Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter and I look forward to your reply.

  Hi, Shen Lehan.
  Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 27 May 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport which is from 21 May 2024. Therefore, allow Immigration some time to proceed with the endorsement. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly.
