hi my name is Ye Hui and my passport number is EJ6694111, I am now in the process of passport renewal . I am wondering if the process could be faster because I have to send my son back home, who came with me to Malaysia when I hand in the passport to the university international office. I am worried that my renewal process won’t be ready within 30 days, because my son can only stay here for 30 days. Thank you for your assistance !

  Hi Hui Ye,
  
  Please be informed that we have submitted the passport to immigration on 30.05.2024. Kindly note immigration might take approximately 14 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) to process.
  
  Please note that we are unable to request immigration to expedite the process since it is still within the time frame. Kindly cooperate and allow immigration time to process the application. Once the passport is ready for collection we will notify the institution.
