Hi, Laith Al-Asadi.
Please be advised that your passport has been in progress with the Immigration Department since 27 May 2024 for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport which is from 21 May 2024. Therefore, allow Immigration some time to proceed with the endorsement. Any updates on the application will be notified accordingly.

I really appreciate your hard work and my request was because of my critical flight ticket time. I’ll be grateful if you can help me with that as an exception .

We understand your urgency. However, your passport is still pending at the Immigration Department. You may liaise with the institution to submit the supporting letter along with the request to expedite the passport process with the Immigration Department. In the event, that your Institution has submitted the request, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to follow up with your application status.
