Hello, I am Ahmet Aktas, my passport number is U36943128. You said that I needed to change my previous passport in order to renew my visa, so I did. The app also says that this change has been made. But the color is still yellow and the process is at fifty percent. The new passport was delivered to you on Tuesday last week. Why is there still no change? Thank you.
