Dear Malaysian Immigration Department,

I’m Kong Fanyong, a new PhD student at Multimedia University from Beijing, China. My passport number is E83324379.

I’m writing to kindly request expedited processing of my study visa. Classes start next Monday (May 27th), but my visa progress is currently at 90%. Missing the start date would be a significant setback for my academic journey.

I understand your workload, but this opportunity means everything to me. Your assistance in ensuring I can start on time would be immensely appreciated.
