I am Kong Fanyong, I’m from China,with a passport number of E83324379. I am a new PhD student majoring in Information Technology at Multimedia University, Malaysia, and have completed the school registration process.

I am writing to seek your assistance in expediting the processing of my student visa application. The university will commence classes on May 26th, and if my student visa is not processed by then, my enrollment will be postponed until August.
