Hi, EMGS officer,

My name is JIE ZHOU. My passport number is EA7773238.
I am a phd student in the university of Malaya. I sent my passport on the 25th April. And then, you said I need 14 working days. I wait for 17 workig days. Yesterday, a lot of people 90%. Why I not? I am still 80%.

My classmates who submitted materials after me are 90% of the progress of their visas. Have you lost my passport? Or is there something wrong with my system? What the hell is going on? When can I get my passport?

Please help me quickly.

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that your passport are currently in the progress with Immigration. Kindly be patient and do not compare your application as the Student Pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia . Kindly note that Immigration are receiving high volume of passport endorsement applications. Therefore, kindly allow immigration time to process the application.We assure you that we will notify your institution once we receive an update on your passport.

  Why is it that the people who apply later are processed before us?Why tell us 14 working days？
