My passport number is EJ6632934, and the expiry date of my passport is May 22, 2024. I initiated the renewal process for my student visa on March 11th. However, I encountered a request for supplemental English language materials when my application progress reached 20%.
In response to this request, I submitted my Linguaskill test report on May 2nd. Despite this, the EMGS system has not yet reflected the receipt of the additional documents. I have consulted with the staff at City University, and they have confirmed that the materials were submitted from their end.
I am writing to kindly request confirmation from your office regarding the receipt of these supplemental materials. It is crucial for me to ensure that all necessary documents have been received and processed to avoid any delays in the visa renewal process.
