Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. We understand your urgency. However, the Institution may submit the supporting letter along with the request to expedite the passport process with the Immigration Department. In the event, that your Institution has submitted the request, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to follow up with your application status.

OK, I have provided my daughter’s prove of being in hospital to the university , which as I was told, will send the letter to you as earlier as tomorrow morning. thank you for helping me out. appreciate it!

My university said they had sent supporting letter yesterday morning.,Case no. 2543185. But I still can’t see any movement! Please help, thank you
