Hello sir/ madam
My passport number is w4052180
My college is insisting that they submitted a supporting letter for my renewal and emgs has rejected it and they wont appeal my case with MOHE. Please sir help with my case cause i have 0 clarity about my application and institution is saying that they submitted and now emgs is saying that they did not receive any supporting letter. Please sir i feel i am being misled by my institution.
