Dear EMGS Officer,

My passport number is EC3694536.
My student visa will expire in May this year, and I submitted the renewal materials in mid-March this year. So far, there has been no update on my renewal process, and I was told that because my ikad was in EMGS last year, my renewal this year cannot be renewed. What I want to ask is, why didn’t I get my ikad? Also, if my visa expires this year and I am fined because I did not get the ikad, who can take responsibility for this? I need a reasonable explanation, otherwise I have the right to complain to EMGS.

  Hi,
  
  Kindly be informed that we have notified to the institution your iKAD is ready for collection since 21st June 2023. Therefore, the institution is required to collect the iKAD in order for us to complete your application. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
