To emgs staff,
I’m a student of UM who is applying for renewal. My name is Zhang Rui and my passport number is EJ3554062. I was applied for special pass when I submitted my passport. It’s been more than half a month now. I’m not sure how long it will take to complete it, and then my renewal can continue. I need to go back to China because I have an important exam in China on April 13th. I would appreciate it if you could ask me to process my application urgently. Thank you very much.

  Kindly be informed that your passport with special pass ready for collection by the institution. Kindly refer to the institution and request them to collect your passport at EMGS.
