It has been two weeks since I submitted my passport, and my application still shows waiting for me to submit my passport. my passport number is EJ3554062 and my application number is #########. The candidator name is Zhang Rui.I have an important exam on April 13th, and I have to go back to my country. I asked on Monday this week, and I also asked the counter on Wednesday, saying that my passport would be submit that day. But my information has not changed so far. Could you please reconfirm my process and where my passport is ? Please help me to confirm my visa process. I really, really appreciate it.

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, the institution has submitted your passport for a special pass process. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process the special pass and any update will be notified to the institution accordingly.
