Hello emgs,
I am Hudhayfa Anas Zidouri final year student at UTHM johor

So basically back in November 20 i submitted my documents for ikad and insurance renewal through the university and on 20th of decemember they were ready for pick up.
Surprisingly what i picked up were expired insurance and an expired ikad with the wrong date, so imagine if i walked out that day without checking the date thinking that i have insurance, what would have happened to me if i had gotten into an accident?

And then i went back to the university so that they will fix the problem
Until today after 3 months i paid for insurance and an ikad that i still dont have
Fyi i was following up with my university through emails and also by going there until i moved to a different town for my internship thats why i dont go personally.

So please i really hope you can resolve this issue.
