Dear officer,
Can you speed up the re opening of application number E#########. I have already sent the my health declaration and on the 4th of march emgs, notified me they have received the document. But I have not seen or notify that any progress has been made.

  Kindly be informed that we are unable to accept the submission of additional documents from the student. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit a new health declaration form to EMGS in order for us to process the application accordingly.
