Dear emgs officer, goo day and happy new year.
I would like to inform you that I contacted my old university regarding sending the transcript, and they asked me to send them the master’s certificate so that they could approve the transcript and send it from Belarus. Also, this matter will take a number of weeks, so I ask you to enable me to study on the condition that I bring the remaining papers. I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to you.

  We understand your concerns. However, kindly note that the institution is required to submit a copy of the Official and translated copy of the Academic Transcript(s) in order for us to resume the process of your application.
