Dear Sir/Madam,

My passport number is A34696280. I have been trying to contact my institution to cancel my visa, as they did not allow me to join their previous intake date due to paperwork issues which have been resolved. However, I have been contacting them every day for a week, and I have not received any reply from them. I need to cancel my visa as soon as possible so my new institution can proceed with a new application. Is there any way you can help, as my previous institution is not canceling my current visa application?

  We understand your concerns. Kindly be informed that the institution is required to apply for the eVAL cancellation before you submit a new application to EMGS. As such, kindly try to contact the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
