Kindly be informed that your application is pending for the submission of a new Health Declaration Form with a current date from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution in order for us to proceed to reopen the application.

Dear officer,
regarding this issue, I have already sent a new health declaration form and had been receive by emgs on march 6th. Now i am waiting on the progress of it.
