May I change of my course?
Dear Sir/Madam.
I hope this email finds you well.
My name is Tran Nam Trung. My passport: C7459767.
I have been issued a Student Pass until November 22, 2024 for the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) course at University A.
I have a problem, when I registered I didn’t have much information and registered for a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) course University A, I want to change the course to Doctor of Philosophy Business Administration (PhD-BA) University A.
I want to change courses at the same level in my school (University A)
Please let me know the process so that I can switch courses within the same school.

  Hi Nam Trung Tran,
  
  Please be informed that the student can proceed with a variation application (change course or change Institution) within the first year of study and remains in Malaysia. However, the approval solely depends on the Immigration Department.

    Thank you so much. However, with some of the procedures I have performed before such as HEALTH EXAMINATION…. will the EMGS payment fee be partially reduced or do I still have to pay it as before?
