My name is SONGHAOSHAN and my passport number is EJ4123824. I have submitted my passport for one month but I still haven’t received my passport renewal information. I want to ask you help me to check are there anything wrong with my materials? Could you help me speed up my passport renewal. Thank you so much.

  Kindly be informed that your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
