Dear EMGS Officer,

Hello, I am Ashraf and my passport number is 08650358. I was asked to upload a copy of my special pass and also the paper for that process that shows the officer and the date of issuance and expiration. I actually submitted it to the university official so that he can upload it to you, but so far the case has not been addressed to me. The required paper has been received, even though the university official has uploaded it. Please, I would like you to verify this matter. Thank you and I appreciate the effort you are making for us.   Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the additional document from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS for us to process your application accordingly.
