hello，everyone，
I want to ask why I had handed up my passport for nearly one month, my EMGS still in 90%. And all my friends handed it up after me , and all of them received their passport. Why don’t you processing the renewal of visa following the order of submission? I feel so confusion.Or there are something wrong with my passport? Pls let me know okay?

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further updates on the status of your passport.
