hello , officer,
My name is SONG HAOSHANand my passport number is EJ4123824. My application number is #########. It has been more than 30 days since my student visa application reached 90% (green) and it shows that my passport is in the Immigration process. There is no progress until now.
As I will be returning to China on February 22,2024 to attend to an important matter, can you help me to confirm and make progress on my passport visa as soon as possible. The situation is urgent now, so please help me with the visa process. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I really appreciate it very much. All my friends handed up later than me, but they have already received their passport. They all go back to China. Why am I the only one who can’t go home? Pls ! Pls! I beg you for processing my passport quickly.

  Kindly be informed that your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
