Hello officer,This is YANG MENGQING, my passport number is E47066541, I really need my passport to go back to China to have an operation, because of my ganglion. It is very hurt and influenced my life, so it’s really rush and emergency. Could you please help me with that? Thank you a lot!

  We understand your concerns. As per checking, we received your passport on 13 February 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
