Dear Mr/Ms,

I am Rong Wanqing, a student from UKM. My EMGS application number is #########

I applied and paid for my EMGS for rennewing my student pass last week. For now it is 20%. I am sincerely keen on accelerating the progress to 100% as soon as possible because I really need to go back to China for a healthy care for my family member for a while and after that I will come back to continue my study. I really want to cherish the chance of my study.

Hope you could understand me. Thank you in advance. Really need your help
