Dear Officer,

dan Salam Sejahtera,

My name is YU JINJIANG and my passport number is EJ5595568. And my application number is #########. I had submitted my passport for my renewal of student visa, and it is 80%(green). My old student visa had expired on the 3rd of January, so I applied for the first Special Pass. However, the first Special Pass will expire on the 31th of January.

I have bought a ticket to go back to China on the 6th of February as the 9th of February is the Chinese New Year which is very important to me.

I understand the process need sometimes and
the staff is working very hard. I really appreciate it very much.

I hope I can expedite my visa renewal. This situation is urgent now, so please help me with the visas renewal.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I really appreciate it very much.

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that we submitted the passport to Immigration for student pass renewal on the 24th of January 2024. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement.
  
  Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The Student Pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. We assure you that we will notify your institution once we receive an update on your passport.

    Thank you, I got another question is if my specia pass expires and my renewal no complete. Would I need to take second special pass?
