Dear officer, my name is ZHANG HUI and passport number is EJ3621538. I have applied for visa renewal. Student record created at on December 18th. It’s been 22 days now and it’s still at 20%. I need to reach 50% to submit my passport as soon as possible. I hope you can help me to speed up the process. thank you.
