Deat Officer,
My application number is #########. My student visa expired on 12 January 2024, it showed 80% at immigration on 12 December, three weeks have passed and it is still at 80%, it is now the start of the fourth week, I would like to know how much longer it will take?

  Hi, Yihan. Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the day we receive your passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Any updates will be notified accordingly.

    I know the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and the process takes approximately 14 working days. But my confusion is that Immigration has started the fourth week from 12 Dec, 15 working days and still in 80%. My visa will expires on 12 January 2024, will there be a problem? Could you please check and let me know? Thank you.
