Dear EMGS Officer My name is Han Xiaowei Passport No: EJ4280092 My student visa renewal process has been stuckin at 80% since December 6,2023, and there has been no progress on it.May I know what the reason is? Due to various reasons, I am eager to return to my country and look forward to your reply

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. We assure you that we will notify your institution once we receive an update on your passport. You may also refer to our website on the progress of your application.
