Dear Officer,
Greetings! I am the applicantion number #########, and my passport number is EJ2704583. While I understand that my visa application being at 80% progress for a week is part of the normal process, I am writing to express my urgent need to return to China.
Due to some personal urgent matters, it is crucial for me to have visa as soon as possible. I realize that there are established procedures in place, but if possible, I sincerely hope that my application could be considered for expedited processing.
I promise to comply with all relevant procedures and regulations and am ready to provide any additional information or documents needed at the earliest.
I greatly appreciate your understanding of my unique situation and hope for your assistance.

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement.
  
  Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. It is not advisable for you to make any travel arrangement before you receive your passport.
