Dear sir/madam:
My name is Zhang Siyun.
My Passport number is EJ4670512.
My EMGS application number is #########.

It has been three weeks ( 14 working days) since my passport has submitted to emgs, but the progress is still 90%. I want to go back to China due to some emergency issues. Please help me to expedite the endorsement process. Thanks a lot

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on the 24th October 2023.
  
  Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
