I submitted and record my renewal a week ago, and it has been more than a week now, but the visa update progress still remains at 0% without any updates.   As per checking, we have yet to receive the payment from the institution. We would appreciate it if you could request that the institution upload the payment to the EMGS website. Rest assured, we will proceed with the application once we receive and review the payment from the institution.
